SCPrompt Manual GUI, Creates a reverse UVNC (SC style) connection to a listening viewer or a repeater.
This Application provides a way to create this connection manually by asking for all the required information such as Address, Port & Repeater ID (if required).
Features
- Automatic Reconnection - UVNC is setup to automatically reconnect upon disconnect, therefore creating reliable connection without end user interaction
- sc_prompt - SCPrompt prompts the viewer to accept new connections from the server.
- Service Mode - better support for Vista & Windows 7, allows interaction with UAC prompts & much more
- Translations - Supports translations into several popular languages
- Portable - Safely removes all traces of itself from the client system, making no perminent changes.
- Reboot ready - Creates icons on the desktop to start / remove scprompt upon reboot (if reboot occurs while SCPrompt is running).
- Repeater ready - UVNC repeater connections are easy to setup
Exclusions
- Encryption - As this is a pre-built version of SCPrompt, encryption is not supported
- Win95, Win98, WinME are not supported
