Follow up info---
OK, I installed another machine that will be handling Online support online at my desk.
My customer use a variety of OS, i.e. XP, Vista and Windows 7
The new machine set up with SSH server and VNC Viewer is XP Pro
I can connect to the VNC Viewer while using the SSH. When I try to setup the tunnel as outlined at erikjheels.com "ssh -p 22000 "John Q. Public"@66.42.17.88 -L 5901:127.0.0.1:5901" (Different IP address because it is inside my home network) I get "Connection Time Out".
Any advise?

OK ... if you didn't already have an SSH server setup for other purposes ... i would suggest that you use SCPrompt (another support app on this site) which uses direct connections, rather than the (sometimes) confusing SSH tunneling ...
if you want to use SSH & vnc2me sc, can you sit and explain step by step (slowly ... don't miss anything), exactly what you did, and where you went wrong ... i am happy to look at your problem for you ... but i cannot point out whats wrong if you don't paint me a picture first ...
PS sorry about the slow replies ... been sick and busy.
