VNC2Me requires an SSH server to function. So you need an SSH server setup to test it.
SSH servers are available for windows and most other operating systems, with many tutorials already available on the net for the installation and setup of these servers.

If you already have your own SSH server available, you can setup VNC2Me to use it by editing the INI file which comes with the packages, or by simply inputting the appropriate information when prompted by the application.
Secure Setup of the SSH server is critical, as ssh User & Pass could be obtained from VNC2Me package. We recommend leaving passwords out of any packages to be published and freely downloaded.
The "Roll-your-Own" Version allows for creation of custom versions which create the packages for you. During Beta testing, the Roll-your-Own versions has not been released.
Those interested in the Roll-your-Own version (during beta testing), can checkout the SourceForge SVN
repository, which contains all files used for the creation of VNC2Me (ready-to-roll & roll-your-own).
